Our experience with Annuity Transfers was truly wonderful from all points. I was nervous after reading "horror stories" of people not getting money and being treated badly, but Shannon did an excellent job in walking us through all and the steps and answering my "100" questions. She was so friendly and thoughtful with calls and emails. Annuity Transfers did a great job in customer service, when that is not seen very often anymore. I would be happy to refer Annuity Transfers to family or friends.

I contacted three other annuity companies, including J.G. Wentworth, besides [Annuity Transfers]. One company was too pushy and one was too expensive. The other one didn't call me back until I had already made a decision.
Shannon was always very pleasant and thorough in her explanations. We had issues with the attorney's legal assistant and Shannon made sure we never talked to her again. But most importantly, what seemed like a daunting task was very easily understood and we were made to feel comfortable with our decision.
Our court date was a breeze and the money was released when you said it would be, and it was the amount you said it would be.
We are very happy with your service and if I hear of anyone wanting to do this I will refer them to you.
